Get in touch with us by phone to schedule your appointment. We accept most all major insurance. You can call us to check to see if we take your insurance. You can also check with your insurance company. We will be glad to assist you in any way we can.

 

Our practice welcomes walk-in patients, but in an effort to reduce wait times, it is recommended you make an appointment if it is convenient to do so.

 

If the practice is closed during a time of need, you may call Primary Care of Tennessee On-Call NP Service directly for medical advice.

HOURS

Monday through Thursday:

9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Friday:

9:00 am to 12:00 noon

Pediatric After Hours Care:

5:00 pm to 11:00 pm

Extended Hours:

7:00 am to 7:00 pm
